CBD: The Wellness Wonder of Cannabinoids Unveiled

What is CBD?

CBD, or cannabidiol, is a chemical compound that is found in cannabis. It is a major cannabinoid, meaning that it is present in relatively high amounts compared to other cannabinoids such as THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and CBN (cannabinol). CBD is a non-psychoactive compound, meaning that it does not produce the "high" or psychoactive effects that are typically associated with THC.

What does CBD do?

CBD is believed to have a number of potential health benefits, including the ability to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, reduce inflammation, and potentially help with pain management.

How can I use CBD?

People use CBD products, such as oils, tinctures, and edibles, for these potential benefits. People also commonly use rubs and lotions that contain CBD to help alleviate joint/muscle pain!

Dosage?

We are not health care professionals, therefor we cannot give any exact dosage information. However, from past customers and personal use, a 25mg dose for woman provides some form of relief in most and a 50mg dose for men follows that same line.

Remember to keep in mind that the dosage can vary greatly for the ailment you are using the CBD for.

Due to this variability click the https://www.forbes.com/health/body/cbd-dosage/ for more in-depth information!
